I hope you are having a blessed day. I would like to invite you to my fundraiser on the 12th and 13th of January 2024.
The fundraiser will be held in a form of a Seminar/Training Camp for people of all skill levels, the aim of the fundraiser is to help me raise money to go and compete in Fujairah (United Arab Emirates).
In the sport of CrossFit we all know how tough it can be to compete in competitions as all of them have a financial aspect, therefore I hope that our community will be willing to contribute to my journey as I will represent South-Africa in Fujairah at the UAE Storm games.
Alternatively, if you can’t make the training camp, I am working in collaboration with Urban bull to sell supporter T-shirts @R300 per shirt. Delivery can be arranged at an extra cost of R100 for people situated in Gauteng and R150 for people situated outside the Gauteng region. The delivery price will be fixed from 1 T-Shirt up to the amount your gym orders.

About the training Camp:
UAE Storm Games FUNDRAISER.
Attendance fee: R250 (Friday and Saturday) / R150 (Saturday only or Friday only)

A Quick overview of the event:
12 January 2024
Afternoon (4:30-5:30pm):
Workout with members.
-Main theme for the day is to pair up and do a team workout followed by a strength session.
13 January 2024
Morning (8 – 9am):
-Coaching the morning Class
-I Will be taking the role as a CrossFit coach not working out with the members but focusing on aiding them and giving tips.
Estimated schedule to follow 9:15 – 12pm:
9:15 – 10pm (Briefing/Q and A session the aim is to share information and answer questions)
10-10:45 (Bio Session / Warm up, we will be doing a short biokinetics related exercise to give a practical example of the information discussed earlier using it as a method of warming up and exercising injury prevention)
10:45 – 11:30 Strength session
11:30 – 12 pm Workout
